Ratchet and Clank is a series of games on the playstation 2 made by Insomniac games. The first game in the series was made in 2002 called Ratchet and clank. Ratchet and clank 2 Locked and loaded (going comando) was released in 2003. The third known as Ratchet and Clank 3 up your arsenal Followed and was released in 2004. Ratchet and Clank 3 was the first game in the series to have a multi player and online mode. The last Ratchet and clank game that was released on the playstation 2 was made in 2005. It was called Ratchet gladiator (deadlocked) saw a few changes such as a co-op mode or in single player two combat bots. In Ratchet gladiater clank was not a “back pack”wich limited the player to a double jump. Also being captured the area is mainly an arena wich kept exploring down to a minimum.

Ratchet and clank size matters was released on friday 25 may 2007 and is the first game to be on the psp. This is the first Ratchet and Clank that was not made by insomniac games.

Ratchet and Clank Future tools of Destruction is expected to be released in spring (fall) 2007.
